Data and purpose
Only the information entered in the form — property, dates, guests, name, phone, email and optional message — is used to check and answer the booking request. The legal bases are steps before a possible contract and the consent given in the form. Data is not sold or used for marketing emails.
Services and recipients
FormSubmit forwards the request to the booking Gmail account. Only the property and dates are sent to the availability system. Open-Meteo supplies weather information and does not receive form details. Each provider’s own privacy terms also apply.
Retention and rights
Requests are kept only as long as needed for communication, the booking and any legal accounting obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection at sweethomekastoria@gmail.com and may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, an anti-spam field and a restrictive content policy. Do not include sensitive personal or banking details in the optional message.
